For those folks interested in the the laws and regulations surrounding arbitration, you might want to track the progress of the Arbitration Fairness Act currently before Congress. Yesterday, Consumerist.com had “live blogging” coverage of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee’s hearing of S.1782, an Act to banish mandatory binding arbitration from consumer disputes.
